Before first use, tumble your Parallel Pillow in the dryer for 5 minutes on low heat to decompress it from shipping.
Cleaning & Care
Outer Cover: The zippered cover can be removed and machine washed using cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
Inner Case: Spot clean only with mild soap and water. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
The inner case contains ParaPur™ permanent anti-stink treatment.
Give your pillow a fluffing up, and it’ll immediately regain its original loft.

How We Give
For every Parallel Pillow sold, we donate a pillow to a person in need.
Having worked with charities and organizations for many years, our founders recognized that pillow inequity was a real problem.
We saw firsthand how displaced children, grown-ups and seniors often cling to their pillow (if they have one) as a source of comfort. We believe everyone deserves a clean, supportive pillow, so we built our business model around a simple but unique plan to donate a new, quality pillow to a person in need for every Parallel Pillow sold.
We’re a startup and will report our progress to consumers as we go. We’ve done the homework and are building partnerships with organizations like the Salvation Army who have the people and reach to distribute donation pillows for the most effective reach nationwide.

I spent a lot of time looking around and decided to give Parallel a shot. I like a firm pillow and these did not disappoint. I appreciate the additional fill they supply. At this point I don't need to add it, but I suppose as time passes, the existing fill may get a bit flat and I will have to add some. If you are on the fence, definitely give them a shot.

This has been an amazing purchase!! I have tried several memory foam pillows in the past that were a sold piece of foam and none of them have worked out. What I love about this pillow is the ability to add or remove the filling so that I have the right amount of cushion for me. As a stomach sleeper, has made all of the difference! I love this pillow!
Perfect mix of firm and soft. So worth the money for the comfort and quality. And I feel even better knowing the materials are sustainable and ethical.
The pillow fit pretty well when I received it. So far my sleep has been more restful as I do not have to toss and turn to find a comfortable resting point for my neck and shoulders anymore.
So far so good, it’s early 2+ weeks. But the height which I found is the main issue I have, this is the best so far.
The pillow has just the right fill. The cover/pillow case is so soft but the whole pillow is meant to stay one temp not too cold not too hot. I like my pillow cold so I switched it with a Coop Eden Cool + pillow case and I think it performs better than the entire Eden Cool + package because their pillow absorbs your heat anywhere you touch it so if you cuddle it both sides stay hot. Not an issue with Parallel it seems to displace the heat better allowing the cooling case from Eden to be cold and stay cold longer. I repurposed the super soft that came with Parallel to be my backup pillow I used to sit up and read books/watch TV. Love the buy one get one premise and the self cleaning/antimicrobial design.
I thought this pillow would be like the Coop Home Goods one but I was wrong. I have trouble sleeping in a pillow for more than a week max without having to use a different one but have not changed from this pillow as is yet. Extremely comfortable and more than enough of the fill. I actually had to take a small amount out and I am a fairly big guy. I highly recommend
