The First Night
Congratulations on your brand new Parallel Pillow! We can't wait for you to try it. Let's get started.
Before first use, tumble your Parallel Pillow in the dryer for 5 minutes on low heat to decompress it from shipping.
The fill level can be easily adjusted! You can quickly add or remove filling to find your perfect support.
You can sculpt and adjust the unique hybrid fill to perfectly suit the way you sleep.
Adjusting the fill is easy—just add or remove a handful. Try sleeping on it for a couple of nights, and repeat until you find the perfect balance. Back or stomach sleepers may want to remove a little, while side sleepers usually prefer the original generous amount.
Cleaning & Care
Outer Cover: The zippered cover can be removed and machine washed using cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
Inner Cover: Spot clean only with mild soap and water. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
The inner cover contains ParaPur™ permanent anti-stink treatment.
Give your pillow a fluffing up, and it’ll immediately regain its original loft.
