Adjusting fill in the Parallel Pillow is super easy to do through the zipper on its inner lining. Back or stomach sleepers may want to remove a little fill. Side sleepers usually like the original generous amount.

We recommend sleeping on your Parallel Pillow for a few nights before ordering extra fill, as the initial fill volume is enough for most sleepers.
